This appointment is for continuing acupuncture patients. Each session includes ongoing evaluation, advice and assessment plus your acupuncture treatment as part of your individualised plan.

A 5 week course of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia- the gold standard treatment for insomnia.

Choose to have your sessions in clinic or via zoom, and with or without acupuncture.

This initial appointment takes place at the Bude Medical Acupuncture Clinic. It includes a thorough health history and assessment, appropriate health and lifestyle advice, individualised treatment plan and your first acupuncture treatment too.
